We would like to introduce a case study of the "Low-Temperature Processing Equipment for Raw Materials (HACCP Compliant)" developed by Foods Tech Co., Ltd. There was a need to sort raw materials such as vegetables upon delivery, but there was no dedicated room for this, leading to issues related to hygiene, temperature, and lighting (visibility). Therefore, we created low-temperature processing equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
